The construction of the £350m Talbot Gateway district currently taking place is building over 1 million sq feet of commercial and office space in Blackpool town centre.

In the next five years, the Talbot Gateway is estimated to bring around 8,000 new professional workers into Blackpool town centre and is a flagship scheme for the town’s wider £2bn+ growth and prosperity programme

A skilled workforce

Blackpool is home to a number of leading education establishments that equip your workforce with the skills they need. 

Blackpool and The Fylde College, University of Lancashire and Lancaster University are just a few of the esteemed educational institutions in the North of England. 

Brand new Multiversity plans are also underway, which will bring up to 3,000 students and staff into Blackpool town centre. Fresh development land for new office accommodation is available around the Talbot Gateway.

Plans have been submitted for approval for a new £45m, 52,950 sq ft office building off Talbot Road.

The site of the office sits on cleared brownfield land as the fifth phase of the Talbot Gateway. It will bring an additional 1,000 employees into the town centre, thus increasing footfall and will be incredibly beneficial for economic development.

Stanley Buildings

Stanley Buildings in Blackpool is another excellent choice for modern office spaces.

Located in the town centre, this historic art deco building is being renovated to create a modern business hub, including 44 offices, state-of-the-art meeting rooms, and flexible co-working spaces.

New DWP Office
